Our PMOs bring PMI, PRINCE2 and IPMA methodology, sharpened by African delivery experience. We staff programme directors, portfolio managers, workstream leads, planners, risk managers and analysts - either as a discrete PMO or embedded in the client's own delivery unit. We combine hard systems (schedules, risk registers, benefits tracking, financial control) with the soft systems (stakeholder management, executive briefing, escalation handling) that determine whether a programme actually lands.
