Ekiti State Government · State-wide M&E Framework
Client: Ekiti State Government
Challenge: The state needed a consistent way to track delivery across ministries, departments and agencies, and a PMO capable of holding programmes accountable to results rather than activity.
Our role: Lead adviser for the design of a state-wide monitoring and evaluation framework and an accompanying programme management office.
Approach: Stakeholder mapping across MDAs, a results framework aligned to the state's development plan, indicator and data-flow design, and hands-on support to mobilise the PMO.
Outcome: A functioning state-wide M&E framework and PMO structure that gives the government a single, consistent view of programme delivery.

Bank of Industry · Healthcare Facility Monitoring
Client: Bank of Industry
Challenge: A private multi-specialist hospital had drawn down a ₦3.5 billion facility, and the Bank needed independent confirmation that the financing was being deployed as intended.
Our role: Monitoring and evaluation of the facility extended to the hospital.
Approach: Site verification, financial and physical progress tracking, and structured reporting back to the Bank against agreed monitoring indicators.
Outcome: A monitoring record covering the full ₦3.5 billion facility that the Bank can rely on for portfolio oversight.

Presidential Conditional Grant Scheme · Beneficiary Monitoring & Evaluation
Client: Federal Government of Nigeria
Challenge: The Presidential Conditional Grant Scheme needed independent, credible monitoring and evaluation of beneficiaries across multiple states.
Our role: Monitoring and evaluation adviser for the scheme's beneficiary reach.
Approach: Beneficiary verification and data collection across the states covered by the scheme, tracked against the programme's results framework.
Outcome: Verified M&E coverage of 7,916 beneficiaries across 5 states.

Deloitte / Afreximbank · Hospital Environmental & Social Advisory
Client: Deloitte, on behalf of Afreximbank
Challenge: A major hospital development required an Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) meeting international lender standards ahead of financing approval.
Our role: Environmental and social advisory, working alongside Deloitte as technical partner to Afreximbank.
Approach: Full ESIA including stakeholder engagement, environmental and social risk assessment and mitigation planning, aligned to IFC Performance Standards.
Outcome: An ESIA that met lender due-diligence requirements, supporting the project's progression toward financing.

Lagos State · LASOSH Occupational Safety & Health
Client: Lagos State Occupational Safety & Health (LASOSH)
Challenge: Lagos State needed a technical partner to help shape and deliver its occupational safety and health conference and broader OSH strategy.
Our role: Advisory and technical partner for the LASOSH conference and occupational safety and health strategy.
Approach: Programme design and content curation for the conference, alongside technical input into the state's OSH strategy.
Outcome: A delivered conference and technical contributions feeding into Lagos State's occupational safety and health agenda.

Sustainability Table Series · A Decade of Convening
Client: Avant-Garde flagship event
Challenge: Sustainable development conversations in Nigeria needed a consistent, senior-level forum bringing regulators, financiers, corporate leaders and civil society together - not a one-off conference.
Our role: Founder, convenor and secretariat for the Sustainability Table Series (STS) since 2016.
Approach: An annual executive dialogue built around a live sustainability theme, producing a monograph each year that distils the discussion into a practical reference.
Outcome: Ten years of continuous convening, nine published monographs, and STS 2026 - the 10th edition - themed "Leading the Sustainable Development Agenda: People, Planet and Prosperity".
